Dr. Cassandra Brown
Dr. Brown is a Registered Psychologist with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology. She provides neuropsychological services to lawyers, insurers, healthcare professionals, and individuals. Dr. Brown has worked within a rehabilitation hospital setting, conducting neuropsychological assessments for patients with acquired brain injuries, other neurological conditions, and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders. Dr. Brown has also served in a consultative role as a Senior Psychology Advisor for WorkSafe BC, providing expert guidance on complex cases, integrating clinical expertise with a thorough understanding of neuropsychological principles and evidence-based practice in psychology to assist claim owners. Dr. Brown has provided assessment and consultative services for individuals who have experienced traumatic events, physical injuries, and chronic pain, including first responders, law enforcement professionals and individuals who have experienced workplace injuries or been involved in motor vehicle accidents.
Dr. Brown completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Victoria. She completed her clinical psychology residency with Alberta Health Services in Calgary, which included rotations in both neuropsychology and psychotherapy. Dr. Brown has over five years of experience providing neuropsychological and psychological assessment services across inpatient and outpatient hospital services and private practice settings.
With a strong foundation in both clinical and consultative roles, Dr. Brown is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through precise evaluations and evidence-based interventions.
